Eugene Keay
 
Gene practices exclusively in the area of family law.  He has represented clients in legal separations and divorces with complex custody and property issues, as well as paternity cases, modification actions, child support issues, non-parental custody actions, and adoptions.  Gene has represented more than 200 clients throughout western Washington.  His experience has given him the understanding that each case is unique, requiring a strategy tailored to meet his client's needs.

Gene is married and lives in Bellingham with his wife and two daughters.

John Keay

John brings substantial experience litigating family law cases in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Prior to his work here at Keay & Keay PLLC, John practiced in King and Pierce counties representing clients in the military and clients with domestic violence issues. His practice style involves attention to detail, zealous advocacy on behalf of his clients, and an ongoing committment to professionalism.

In his free time, John enjoys playing piano and guitar. He also studies martial arts and actively competes in mixed martial arts events around the area.
